How to Minimize Your Compliance Cost and Risk Through Industrial Storm Water No Exposure

California’s industrial storm water General Permit (IGP) has become an increasing source of compliance cost and risk. Between the establishment of minimum Best Management Practices (BMPs) with the 2015 permit and the numeric effluent limits (NELs) that began taking effect in 2020, complying with the IGP has never been more complex and potentially costly. There is a way out, however – establishing your facility as a No Exposure facility will eliminate much of the risk and costs, if you can meet and maintain the No Exposure Certification (NEC) criteria.

The webinar will explore No Exposure in detail, including reviewing some common challenges and regulatory uncertainties.
