Cal/OSHA – Noise in the Workplace
Occupational hearing loss is one of the most common work-related illnesses in the U.S. In California, occupational noise exposure is regulated by the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA), but compliance with the regulations is not as easy as just giving out earplugs! In this introductory webinar, we will discuss what the regulation covers, when to conduct noise testing, what a hearing conservation program is, and how to best protect employees from noise induced hearing loss.
