Warehouse Operators in buildings that have a total of 100,000 square feet or more of indoor floor space are required to submit an Initial Site Information Report (ISIR) to the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD). Additionally, Warehouse Operators with at least 50,000 square feet of warehousing activities must track truck trips to the warehouse, start earning WAIRE Points to offset indirect emissions from these truck trips, and submit Annual WAIRE Reports.
