Cal/OSHA – The Ins and Outs of Respiratory Protection Plans
Title 8 Section 5144 regulates the use of respirators. This webinar will discuss the details of the standard, the purpose and use of respirators, when the respiratory protection standard applies, what types of respirators are available, quantitative versus qualitative fit testing, and the assigned protection factors for each respirator type. Yorke will discuss when a full Respiratory Protection Plan is needed and the conditions that allow for a reduced plan.
