How long does ISO 14001 implementation take?
Most single-site organizations with some existing environmental programs in place can complete implementation in about 6–12 months. Actual timelines vary depending on organizational size, operational complexity, existing management systems, and available resources.

Does Yorke issue ISO 14001 certificates?
No. Certificates are issued by an accredited third-party certification body. Yorke prepares organizations for the certification audit and supports corrective actions but does not certify.
Does ISO 14001 certification guarantee regulatory compliance?
No. ISO 14001 requires an organization to identify its compliance obligations and evaluate compliance, but certification does not confirm that a facility meets every legal requirement. Yorke’s experience with compliance and permitting helps ensure your EMS addresses the regulations that apply to your facility’s operations.
