SPCC and Aboveground Storage Tanks

Facilities storing oil or petroleum in California are subject to an intersecting web of federal Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) requirements, as well as California’s related Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) requirements. Yorke Engineering assists clients with understanding the applicability of each set of requirements and the various exclusions, exemptions, and other considerations involved in complying with the regulations.
